Orkut is like abandoned by Google, it still has some older users in Beazil and Pakistan

@indyank, I have to agree with you. Google can definitely produce the server logs to the court and get over with the troubles. I wonder what reason Google has for not producing the server logs, I wonder if they have themselves been to something fishy..

tough times for google...when someone is misusing the site...i am not sure why google is refusing to share the info. with a court...Is google's privacy policy more important than submitting info. about a criminal to a court...

I am not sure how google can have this kind of privacy policy...ridiculous...
